Will it sound like a robot?

For SMS (text-back), it sounds like a human typing because the words are short, normal, and on-brand. For Pro voice triage, we use ElevenLabs-grade voice and tune the script to your business. You'll hear it before we go live.

What about TCPA / spam laws?

We only respond to inbound calls - never make outbound robocalls. The text-back is to a customer who just dialed your number, which is express invitation under TCPA. We log consent + revocation and honor opt-outs within 10 business days per FCC rules. No grey areas.

How long does setup take?

24 hours from when you say yes. You enter business hours, common lead reasons, routing contacts, and opt-in preferences in the portal. We configure the AI and test the forwarding flow before traffic goes live.

What if it doesn't recover any jobs in 30 days?

Cancel before day 30 and you owe nothing. Stripe holds the card on file for the trial but doesn't charge until day 30. We send reminders at day 23 and day 27 so the first charge is never a surprise. If something genuinely didn't work and you got charged, email support@jehorizon.com and we'll refund within 24 hours.

Do I need to switch phone providers?

No. We give you a forwarding number. Your existing number rings as it always did. If nobody answers in 4 rings, it forwards to LeadRescue. To you, nothing changes. To missed callers, they get the text.

Can I see the call transcripts?

Yes - every call is logged with consent (we say so up front), transcribed, and shows up in your dashboard. You can audit, edit responses for next time, or kill any session.

What if my business has weird hours / overnight calls?

Pro tier ($197) handles after-hours AI voice triage. A high-value lead at 2 AM gets qualified, consent is logged, and your team gets the summary without waiting until morning.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Yes. We require a card at signup so Stripe can hold the subscription, but you are not charged for 30 days. Day 23 and day 27 reminder emails tell you exactly when the first charge will hit. Cancel any time before day 30 by texting your forwarding number STOP or hitting "Cancel" in the portal — zero charge, no claw-back. If you want to evaluate without a card on file, pick the "No subscription - 30-day trial only" option at signup; we will not collect billing details and the trial just expires on day 30.

Can I cancel anytime?

What's your refund policy if it actually doesn't work?

What happens if your AI misunderstands a customer?
